We started Fyntex several years ago based upon the need of Exchangers nationally to have 24/7 visibility into the lifecycle of their exchange as well the confidence associated with the absolute security of their hard earned exchange proceeds.
We accomplished this by adopting a banking regimen with our bank partners where all Exchanger accounts are fully segregated, and set up in the name of the Exchanger and with the Exchanger's tax identification number. This structure creates an ability for Exchangers to view the activity in their own account within our Exchanger Portal and also ensures that only with the Exchanger's explicit written approval, will funds ever be moved in or out of the account.
1031 funds are not commingled. Trust accounts will be registered with the Exchanger's name.
You may interact with your 1031 funds and exchange docuemnst through our secure Exchanger Portal.
Your segregated 1031 account will be in the Exchager's Tax Identification Number.
Your exchange will be processed on our encrypted platform with complete data security.
Three party Qualified Escrow Accounts with Bank Officer supervision also available.
Funds are only disbursed from the 1031 account upon the Exchanger's explicit, written instruction
